We are pleased to be working with a specialist roofing contractor who have an established reputation for delivering high quality roofing projects across the north of the UK. An opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team and assist in growing the business. The successful candidate will have good understanding of contracting with existing relationships with flat roof manufacturers. Ideally based in the NW but will also be responsible for covering the NE region.
Must have a proven track record in developing new business relationships and effective prospecting to identify up & coming commercial & industrial projects. Working closely with the Contract Managers and senior management to produce competitive tendors. The ability to offer technical advice & solutions on flat roofing systems when costing projects with customers. A clear & decisive communicator is essential with strong negotiating skills. Accurately collating information & requirements on detailed specifications when liaising with the Estimating team.
