Specification Sales Manager - 91

We are delighted to be working with a leading roofing manufacturer who have implemented exciting expansion plans for the UK. An area our client is looking to invest in is within their specification division. To develop this  and increase the sales pipeline, we are keen to speak with candidates with a proven track record who have successfully identified and secured commercial & industrial roofing projects via Architects, Specifiers, Surveying practices, facility management practices, Local authorities/councils etc.

A proactive, self-motivated individual who can deliver CPDs, promoting service a brand awareness. The ability to construct and deliver a comprehensive business plan that supports the company growth objectives. Develop an in depth understanding of the market requirements in the region. Working closely with the Regional Managers within each area to ensure all projects meet the correct timeframes with the right information to retain the specification from cradle to grave. Identifying & promoting the correct system to use for each project, writing the specification aided by the Project Co-ordinator. Managing expectations with key internal & external stakeholders giving all parties involved an overview of project requirements and progress. 

The successful candidate must be a confident communicator who can develop & maintain long term relationships at all levels. Produce regular activity reports and successes, driving the specification sales pipeline with the enthusiasm and collective work ethic our client works hard to achieve throughout the company .
