Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in Construction? Our client, an award winning construction company based in the East Midlands, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects including subcontract procurement, payments, cost management, and valuations
- Engage closely with Construction Managers, Site Managers, and Estimators
- Utilise knowledge of JCT / NEC form of contracts
- Drive projects forward and cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and clients
Requirements:
- Strong experience as a QS in the construction industry at intermediate or senior level
- Full driving license for work-related travel
- Commercially astute with a strong focus on teamwork and project development
