We are pleased to be working with a market leader in the Insulation sector who is currently looking for a surveyor to join their team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background in roofing and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The role will involve conducting precise site surveys to gather data for tapered insulation designs, ensuring seamless project execution. Providing technical support to clients and colleagues, from setting out tapered schemes to assessing drainage requirements. Delivering training sessions to contractors, architects, and sales teams on installation techniques and product applications. Assist in resolving customer complaints by conducting site investigations and offering technical insights. Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments.
The successful candidate should ideally have experience in roofing or a related industry, with knowledge of flat roofing systems like single-ply, built-up felt, liquid waterproofing, and mastic asphalt. Have the ability to interpret plans and technical documents, plus a keen eye for detail. A proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives on problem-solving, CSCA cardholder with the ability to work safely at height and travel to various sites.
